Lead capture
Web forms, landing pages, WhatsApp, phone and imports all land in one inbox with the source attached and duplicates merged.
Every lead, every conversation, every deal — in one pipeline your team will actually update
A sales and customer relationship platform built around how deals really close: fast capture, honest pipeline, automated follow-up and reporting that survives contact with reality.
Most CRMs fail for the same reason: they ask salespeople to do data entry for somebody else's report. Six weeks in, the pipeline is fiction and the forecast is a guess with a spreadsheet attached.
Kickode CRM is built so that updating it is the fastest way to do the job. Log a call in two taps. Send a quote without leaving the deal. Get the follow-up created for you. The reporting is accurate because the data is a by-product of the work, not homework on top of it.
Each module works on its own and shares one database with the rest — so nothing gets keyed in twice.
Web forms, landing pages, WhatsApp, phone and imports all land in one inbox with the source attached and duplicates merged.
Configurable stages per pipeline, drag-and-drop, weighted forecasting, rotting-deal alerts and per-rep views.
One record per person and per organisation, with the full history of every email, call, meeting, quote and invoice.
Calls, meetings and reminders with a today view, so nothing waits on somebody remembering.
Branded quotes generated from your price list, sent, tracked when opened, and converted to an order in one click.
Sequences that assign owners, send follow-ups, escalate silence and move stages based on rules you set in plain language.
Segmented email and WhatsApp campaigns with open, click and reply tracking that writes back to the contact timeline.
Conversion by stage, source and rep, cycle length, win/loss reasons and a forecast you can defend in a board meeting.
Written against real operations rather than a feature checklist — the detail is where the time is actually saved.
Multiple pipelines with your own stages, per-rep and per-team views, weighted forecasting and automatic alerts on deals that have stopped moving.
Web forms, WhatsApp, email and phone leads in one queue with source attribution, duplicate detection and rule-based assignment.
Every email, call, meeting, quote, order and invoice for a person or company on one timeline — including what a colleague promised last quarter.
Generate a branded quote from your price list, send it, see when it was opened, and convert it to an order without re-entering a line.
Rule-based sequences for follow-ups, stage changes, owner assignment and escalation — configured in plain language, logged in the timeline.
Segment your database and send targeted campaigns, with opens, clicks and replies written straight back onto the contact record.
Conversion by stage, source and rep, cycle length, win/loss reasons and a forecast that drills down to the individual deals behind it.
A responsive interface built for one-handed use in a car park — log a visit, check history and update a deal in under thirty seconds.
Real screens from a live deployment. Click any image to open it full size.
Weighted forecasting with stage-by-stage conversion.
Every touchpoint on one timeline, across every channel.
Sequences and segmented campaigns that write back to the record.
Leads arrive from a website form, a WhatsApp message, a phone call, a trade show list and a colleague's inbox. Kickode CRM takes all of it into one queue, attaches the real source, spots duplicates before they multiply and assigns an owner by rule — territory, product line, round-robin, whatever matches how you sell.
Stages you define, in the language your team uses. Deals that have not moved go amber then red on their own. Weighted forecasting uses your historical conversion by stage rather than a rep's optimism. When a deal is lost, the reason is captured from a list you control — which is how you find out, three months later, that you are losing on lead time rather than price.
Emails sync both ways. Calls are logged with outcomes. WhatsApp conversations attach to the contact. Quotes, orders and invoices appear alongside them. When a client calls, whoever answers can see the entire history in one scroll — including the thing they were promised in March.
Build sequences without a developer: three days of silence after a quote triggers a follow-up; a deal reaching negotiation notifies the manager; a won deal creates the onboarding checklist. Every automated action lands in the timeline, so nothing happens invisibly.
Conversion by source shows which marketing spend produces revenue rather than volume. Cycle length by rep shows where coaching pays. Win/loss reasons show what to fix in the product. Every number drills down to the underlying deals, so you can check it rather than believe it.
Running both? A won deal becomes a sales order in BLMPRO with the customer, price list and terms already filled in. Stock availability shows on the quote. Nobody re-types anything, and sales stops promising what the warehouse cannot ship.
One transparent licence per band. Migration, integrations and bespoke modules are quoted separately after a scoping call — never bolted on afterwards.

“We had eleven shops, a warehouse and a website all claiming a different stock figure. Four weeks after BLMPRO went live there was one number, and the arguments stopped. The team from Kickode spent the first week on our floor, not in a meeting room.”
“Two CRMs failed here before this one. The difference is that logging a visit takes ten seconds, so the reps actually do it — which means for the first time the forecast I present is a forecast rather than a hope.”
“They asked to ride along with a driver for a day before writing a proposal. That is why the app works in tunnels and basements, and why 180 drivers adopted it in a fortnight without a fight.”
The things every buyer asks in the first call about Kickode CRM, answered here so the call can be about your business instead.
Ask something elseYes — from Excel, from another CRM, or straight from a database. We map your columns to fields, run a dry import you review, then load it for real. Duplicate detection runs during the import so you do not start with a mess you already had.
On the Growth plan and above, through the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. Conversations attach to the contact timeline and you can send template messages and campaigns. You will need a Meta Business account and an approved number — we handle the setup with you.
That is the whole design constraint. Logging a call is two taps, quotes are generated rather than written, and follow-up tasks are created automatically. We also train on the rep’s own deals rather than demo data, which is the difference between adoption and a licence nobody opens.
Natively. A won deal becomes a sales order with customer, price list and payment terms carried across, and live stock availability shows on the quote so nobody promises what is not there. If you run a different ERP we integrate through the API.
No. Kickode CRM is a one-off licence for a user band, hosted on your infrastructure or a VPS we manage. Support and updates are an annual contract you can opt out of — the software keeps working either way.
Tell us how you work today — sites, volumes, the tools you already run. We will come back with a demo on data that looks like yours, a deployment plan and a firm number.
