What it is
Why Kickode ERP exists
Most companies do not run on one system. They run on an accounting package, two spreadsheets, a stock program from 2014 and a WhatsApp group. Each one is right about something and wrong about everything else, and reconciling them is somebody's entire job.
BLMPRO replaces that with a single source of truth. A goods receipt updates stock, the supplier balance and the cost of inventory at the same moment. An invoice moves the ledger, the customer balance and the margin report at once. Nobody re-keys anything, and the month-end number is the number.

BLMPRO was written against real operations — multi-depot distribution, production with variable yields, cash sales alongside credit terms, and the paperwork the administration expects. It handles partial deliveries, price lists per customer, landed costs on imports and the awkward reality that some things get sold before the invoice exists.
Deployed in weeks, not quarters
Standard ERP projects fail because they try to change the business before understanding it. We start with your existing process, map it into BLMPRO, migrate your master data — items, suppliers, customers, opening balances — and go live on a single module first. Most clients are running inventory and sales inside four weeks, with accounting following once the first month closes cleanly.
Your data, your server, your rules
BLMPRO runs on your own server or on a VPS we manage for you. There is no per-user cloud tax, no data leaving the country if that matters to you, and a documented backup and restore procedure that we test with your team rather than describe in a PDF.
It bends to your process
Approval thresholds, document numbering, print layouts, mandatory fields, the exact wording on a delivery note — these are configuration, not development. When you genuinely need something the platform does not do, we build it as a module, and it survives every future update.
Training that sticks
We train by role, in your office, on your data. Warehouse staff learn receipts and transfers. Sales learn quotes and invoices. Finance learns the close. Everybody gets a one-page cheat sheet for their screens, and we stay on the floor for the first week of live operation.

Ask something elseFour to eight weeks for most businesses. Week one is data and process mapping, weeks two and three are configuration and migration, week four is training and a parallel run. Production and multi-company setups add two to four weeks. We go live one module at a time so the business never stops.
Yes. BLMPRO can run as an operations platform and push journal entries to your accountant’s system through the API or a scheduled export. Most clients eventually move accounting across once they see the reconciliation disappear, but nothing forces it.
Wherever you decide. On your own server in your office, on a VPS in Algeria, or on a European host — your choice. You get database access and a documented, tested backup procedure. We do not hold your data hostage and there is no per-user cloud subscription.
Most of what people call "customisation" is configuration in BLMPRO — thresholds, layouts, numbering, mandatory fields. For genuine gaps we build a module against the documented extension points, so your customisation survives every update. We quote that work separately and up front.
Every licence includes a support window (3 months on Starter, 12 on Business). After that it is an annual contract covering updates, a response SLA and a set number of change hours. We publish what is included so there are no surprise invoices.
