Inventory & warehousing
Multi-warehouse stock, lots and serial numbers, expiry tracking, cycle counts, transfers and automatic reorder points.
The ERP that runs the whole operation — stock, sales, production and accounts in one place
A complete enterprise resource planning platform for manufacturers, distributors and multi-site retailers. Inventory, purchasing, sales, production, accounting and HR, finally telling the same story.
Most companies do not run on one system. They run on an accounting package, two spreadsheets, a stock program from 2014 and a WhatsApp group. Each one is right about something and wrong about everything else, and reconciling them is somebody's entire job.
BLMPRO replaces that with a single source of truth. A goods receipt updates stock, the supplier balance and the cost of inventory at the same moment. An invoice moves the ledger, the customer balance and the margin report at once. Nobody re-keys anything, and the month-end number is the number.
Each module works on its own and shares one database with the rest — so nothing gets keyed in twice.
Multi-warehouse stock, lots and serial numbers, expiry tracking, cycle counts, transfers and automatic reorder points.
Requisitions, supplier quotes and comparison, purchase orders, goods receipt, landed-cost allocation and supplier scorecards.
Quotes, sales orders, picking and packing, delivery notes, invoicing, returns and customer price lists.
Bills of materials, routings, work orders, shop-floor tracking, scrap and yield, and real costing per batch.
General ledger, receivables and payables, bank reconciliation, fixed assets, cost centres and tax-compliant reporting.
Employee records, contracts, leave and attendance, payroll inputs and the documents your labour inspector asks for.
Live dashboards, margin analysis by product and customer, ageing balances and exports that land straight in Excel.
Granular permissions per module and per action, approval workflows and a complete audit trail of who changed what.
Written against real operations rather than a feature checklist — the detail is where the time is actually saved.
Every warehouse, van and consignment location in one live view — with lot, serial and expiry tracking where you need it, and cycle counts that do not stop the business.
Requisition, quote comparison, purchase order, goods receipt and supplier invoice as one connected chain, with landed costs allocated across the shipment automatically.
Quote, order, pick list, delivery note and invoice — each step inheriting the last, with partial deliveries and back-orders handled properly instead of manually.
Multi-level bills of materials, work orders and shop-floor confirmations feed a true cost per batch — materials, labour, scrap and overhead — not an estimate.
Every operational document posts its own journal entry. The ledger, the stock valuation and the customer balances agree because they were never separate.
Margin by product, customer and salesperson, ageing balances, slow-moving stock and cash projection — on screen, filterable, and one click into Excel.
Control access per module, per action and per warehouse. Approval thresholds on discounts, purchases and credit notes. A full audit trail on every record.
A documented REST API so your webshop, your delivery partner or your accountant’s software can read and write without anybody exporting a CSV.
Real screens from a live deployment. Click any image to open it full size.
Revenue, orders, stock value and margin — live, in one screen.
Multi-warehouse stock with reorder alerts and movement history.
Receivables, payables, cash projection and ageing balance.
BLMPRO was written against real operations — multi-depot distribution, production with variable yields, cash sales alongside credit terms, and the paperwork the administration expects. It handles partial deliveries, price lists per customer, landed costs on imports and the awkward reality that some things get sold before the invoice exists.
Standard ERP projects fail because they try to change the business before understanding it. We start with your existing process, map it into BLMPRO, migrate your master data — items, suppliers, customers, opening balances — and go live on a single module first. Most clients are running inventory and sales inside four weeks, with accounting following once the first month closes cleanly.
BLMPRO runs on your own server or on a VPS we manage for you. There is no per-user cloud tax, no data leaving the country if that matters to you, and a documented backup and restore procedure that we test with your team rather than describe in a PDF.
Approval thresholds, document numbering, print layouts, mandatory fields, the exact wording on a delivery note — these are configuration, not development. When you genuinely need something the platform does not do, we build it as a module, and it survives every future update.
We train by role, in your office, on your data. Warehouse staff learn receipts and transfers. Sales learn quotes and invoices. Finance learns the close. Everybody gets a one-page cheat sheet for their screens, and we stay on the floor for the first week of live operation.
One transparent licence per band. Migration, integrations and bespoke modules are quoted separately after a scoping call — never bolted on afterwards.
Single site, one warehouse
For a growing business replacing spreadsheets for the first time.
Multi-warehouse, full finance
The complete platform for an established operation with real complexity.
Multi-company, tailored
Group structures, bespoke modules and integrations with what you already run.
All figures exclude VAT. Hosting on your own server or a VPS we manage is included in the scoping — there is no per-user cloud fee.
“We had eleven shops, a warehouse and a website all claiming a different stock figure. Four weeks after BLMPRO went live there was one number, and the arguments stopped. The team from Kickode spent the first week on our floor, not in a meeting room.”
“Two CRMs failed here before this one. The difference is that logging a visit takes ten seconds, so the reps actually do it — which means for the first time the forecast I present is a forecast rather than a hope.”
“They asked to ride along with a driver for a day before writing a proposal. That is why the app works in tunnels and basements, and why 180 drivers adopted it in a fortnight without a fight.”
The things every buyer asks in the first call about Kickode ERP, answered here so the call can be about your business instead.
Ask something elseFour to eight weeks for most businesses. Week one is data and process mapping, weeks two and three are configuration and migration, week four is training and a parallel run. Production and multi-company setups add two to four weeks. We go live one module at a time so the business never stops.
Yes. BLMPRO can run as an operations platform and push journal entries to your accountant’s system through the API or a scheduled export. Most clients eventually move accounting across once they see the reconciliation disappear, but nothing forces it.
Wherever you decide. On your own server in your office, on a VPS in Algeria, or on a European host — your choice. You get database access and a documented, tested backup procedure. We do not hold your data hostage and there is no per-user cloud subscription.
Most of what people call "customisation" is configuration in BLMPRO — thresholds, layouts, numbering, mandatory fields. For genuine gaps we build a module against the documented extension points, so your customisation survives every update. We quote that work separately and up front.
Every licence includes a support window (3 months on Starter, 12 on Business). After that it is an annual contract covering updates, a response SLA and a set number of change hours. We publish what is included so there are no surprise invoices.
Tell us how you work today — sites, volumes, the tools you already run. We will come back with a demo on data that looks like yours, a deployment plan and a firm number.
